SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our goal is to offer the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Everyday we ensure that we provide the highest level of responsiveness of all the time.

The time frame for delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 12-24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which usually takes an additional 1–3 days.
  
  
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your destination. US orders are shipped by ePacket (which is a US Postal Service product) or FedEx. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

• RETURNS

  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason, then return within 30 days and we will refund your entire purchase. Item must be in its original condition. We're also offering free size exchanges for jewelry & clothing.
