Refund policy

Returns

Buyer's remorse often gets the best of us. We understand, sometimes you purchase the wrong product, something you end up not liking or need the money back for financial issues.

Other times, you simply want a risk free purchase that allows you to essentially trial our products.

This is why we are providing an easy 30 day return policy. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your product, then contact us for a return. We will send you instructions on how to proceed and ship your order back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and like new. It must also include the original packaging.

For completing your return, we simply require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Shipping costs are non refundable.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
